Free Webinar: General Update and Information for Librarians
GetFTR will be hosting a free webinar on March 25th at 10am EDT, 2pm GMT, 3pm CET.
The event is aimed at librarians but is open to anyone interested in finding out how GetFTR supports the research community. It will include:
- an update on the newly launched browser extension, which brings the power of GetFTR to discovery tools such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Science, and Library Discovery services.
- an introduction to the the retraction and errata concept which supports research integrity and helps researchers ensure they are reading the most up-to-date and trustworthy content
This free session will include:
- Brief introduction by Heather Ruland Staines
- Product update from Dianne Benham, MBA
- Presentation and demonstration, GetFTR Browser Extension by Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe
- Discussion and Q&A led by Hylke Koers, Chief Information Officer,
The event will be recorded and will be distributed to all registrants after the event in case people are unable to make it on the day.
